RETURN POLICY
Any item purchased from any iZone retail location or on-line at izonefaceware.com may be returned for exchange or refund in like tender for any reason within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. After 30 days an item purchased from any iZone retail location can be returned for exchange providing the product is in resalable condition or is damaged as a result of an original defect in the product. iZone at its option, may provide a customer with a similar item of equal or greater value. Third Party brands may be returned with a receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. After thirty days the original manufacturer’s warranty will apply. Items may be returned through the mail to: iZone Group Customer Service, 24 Link Drive, Rockleigh, NJ 07647. Returns through the mail must include a check or money order in the amount of $6.00 payable to the order of “iZone Group” for shipping and handling.

If you would like your order to arrive by December 24th, we recommend you place your order by the following dates:

For Standard Ground U.S. Shipping - Place your order on or before December 17th at 7a.m. est. for delivery by December 24th.

Standard Ground U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS. Most packages arrive within 2-5 business days.

If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service department via email to arrange delivery.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
